Gomier Heights currently occupies 20 acres consisting of 49 residential lots ranging in size from 8,209 square feet to 22, 000 square feet at Morne Le Blanc, Laborie, St. Lucia. The topography varies from flat to gently sloping lands in the southern most and middle sections to moderately steep sloping lands as one approaches the summit.

The development is approved by the Development Control Authority (DCA) of St. Lucia. Development is in two (2) phases with the initial phase (Phase One) being the northern most section. Phase One (1) comprises twenty-three (23) lots namely 48, 49, 10, 9, 8, 7, 14, 17, 16, 21, 22, 23, 20, 19, 16, 15, 6, 5, 32, 31, 28, 27 and 24. Phase Two (2) comprises eighteen (18) lots namely 1, 2, 3, 4, 33, 30, 29, 26, 25, 40, 37, 34, 35, 36, 39, 41, 42, and 43. Details on the individual lots are available from the Development Plan. Lots are clearly identified by Lot Signs bearing the lot number and size.

An area comprising approximately one (1) acre in Phase Two of the development will be utilized as a recreation space.

Links to adjacent lands are also part of the development concept to allow for more than one access point and the eco-friendly expansion of Gomier Heights into an exquisite neighborhood.
