· INFRASTRUCTURE
The setting of the infrastructure is being carried out in accordance with strict regulations and guidelines of the DCA and the Ministry of Communications and Works. Roads are asphalt in certain sections and concrete in others, particularly the slopes. The area has an excellent storm and waste-water, concrete drainage system taking into consideration natural flow patterns in the area. Retaining walls are present wherever necessary. |

Electrification (220V) is provided along with street lighting. All lots will be serviced with pipe-borne water and fire hydrants are strategically placed to service each block of lots. Telephone service, high speed internet access and cable TV will also be available. To ensure continuous water feed to the households and as an emergency back up a 80,000 Gallon water tank (expandable to 100,000 Gallons) is located at the summit to service all households by gravitational flow. Disposal of sewage will be into septic tanks constructed in accordance with DCA approval. |
